The MotoGP standings changed after Marco Bezzecchi beat Alex Marquez in the race at the Portuguese GP.Following are the 2025 MotoGP standings.
Bezzecchi managed to become the winner of the Portuguese MotoGP after appearing dominant and beating Alex Marquez and Pedro Acosta in Portimao, Sunday (9/11).
Bezzecchi was unstoppable in being the first racer to cross the finish line.He is ahead of Alex Marquez and Pedro Acosta.

This result made Bezzecchi achieve a maximum result of 25 points.The Aprilia Racing racer has now collected 323 points in third place in the drivers’ standings.
Bezzecchi cut the points gap with Alex Marquez, although not significantly.Marquez, who finished second, currently has 445 points in second place.
The top position in the standings belongs to Marc Marquez.The Ducati racer recorded 545 points and has confirmed the 2025 MotoGP world title.
Marc Marquez’s teammate, Francesco Bagnaia, failed to add points at the Portuguese MotoGP event.This was because Bagnaia had an accident and failed to continue the race.
Bagnaia is in fourth place in the 2025 MotoGP racer standings with 288 points.The Italian racer was followed by Pedro Acosta who scored 285 points.
