Minister of Public Works Dody Hanggodo said that his party could not yet confirm how much funds from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) would be disbursed.
“Not yet, not yet because we are still calculating. So, as usual, we will complete the technocratic process first,” said Dody when met at Airlangga University (Unair) Surabaya, Friday (14/11).

One of the studies carried out is
feasibility study
(FS) or feasibility study.This study aims to determine whether a building construction project is feasible or not from technical, legal, financial, environmental and social aspects.
“There is an FS study and so on and then we submit the budget to the Ministry of Finance. There are processes,” he said.
However, Dody, who is also Deputy General Chair of the Democratic Party DPP, confirmed that the costs of building the new Al Khoziny Islamic Boarding School building will be fully borne from the APBN.
“God willing, use the APBN, God willing,” he concluded.
Furthermore, Dody said that his party is currently trying to start construction of the new Al Khoziny building at the end of 2025.Even so, there are many technical studies that they have to do first.

Previously, Minister of Finance Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa stated that the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) was ready to be used in rebuilding the Al Khoziny Islamic Boarding School building.
According to him, in principle the government has a budget allocation that can be used if the administrative process from the technical ministry has been proposed and approved.
Even so, Purbaya admitted that he did not know in detail the latest developments regarding the plan to rebuild the Islamic boarding school.
“But I finally know the details, which have not been discussed further, but I still say the money is there,” said Purbaya at Airlangga University (Unair) Surabaya, Monday (10/11).
