Indonesian men’s singles coach, Indra Wijaya, expressed his happiness after Alwi Farhan and Muhammad Zaki Ubaidillah won gold and silver medals in individual badminton.

Alwi Farhan was able to beat Muhammad Zaki Ubaidillah alias Ubed in the match entitled All Indonesian Final in the men’s singles number at the 2025 SEA Games on Sunday (15/12).
Alwi Farhan is entitled to a gold medal, while Ubed won a silver medal at the 2025 SEA Games.

The success of placing two of his team’s children in the final of the 2025 SEA Games made Indra Wijaya ‘shake’ and proud of the achievements achieved by Alwi and Ubed.
“One word for Alwi and Ubed, proud!!!”said Indra Wijaya quoted from his personal Instagram.
“At the 2025 SEA Games, you closed the end of 2025 with a good game and gave really proud results! I am really happy and proud to see you playing from the Team Event until today, you show extraordinary spirit and struggle!”said Indra Wijaya added.

In the first game of the 2025 SEA Games men’s singles final, Ubed successfully appeared dominant by beating Alwi 21-13.
In the second game, Alwi recovered by beating Ubed with a landslide score of 21-8.The match continued into the deciding round.
In the deciding game, Alwi successfully beat Ubed 21-12 and won the gold medal.
“The games you have produced are the fruit of your training and hard work all this time. I am personally moved and really proud to see you both on the podium today as champion and runner up,” said Indra Wijaya.
Indra also advised Alwi and Ubed to use the 2025 SEA Games medal as motivation.
“For Alwi and Ubed, always remember this day. Use it as motivation and enthusiasm for the future so that you can achieve even more achievements in 2026. Amen. For you, my Indonesia,” said Indra.
