Prabowo transferred and promoted 1,086 personnel consisting of
high ranking officer
(Starch) and
middle officer
(Pamen).
The transfer was stated in Telegram Letter number: ST/2781/XII/KEP./2025 dated 15 December 2025 which was signed by the Assistant Chief of Police for Human Resources Inspector General Anwar.
In this transfer, the National Police Chief appointed Inspector General Edy Murbowo, who previously served as Head of the National Police’s Head of the National Police’s Information and Security Agency to become the NTB Regional Police Chief, replacing Inspector General Hadi Gunawan who retired.

The position left by Edy will then be replaced by Brigadier General Kalingga Rendra Raharja, who previously served as Main Police Auditor Level II of the National Police’s ITwasum.
Apart from that, Sigit also recalled Inspector General Yassin Kosasih, who was previously assigned to the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries (KKP).He assigned Kosasih to the position of TK Main Police Intelligence agent.I Baintelkam Polri.
The National Police Chief also rotated Commissioner General I Ketut Suardana, who was previously assigned to the Indonesian Migrant Worker Protection Agency as Pati Itwasum Polri in order to retire.
In this mutation, the National Police Chief also transferred 7 Deputy Regional Police Chiefs, namely Bangka Belitung Deputy Police Chief, Commissioner Murry Mirranda;Deputy Chief of Police for South Sumatra, Brigadier General Rony Samtana;Deputy Chief of Police for North Sumatra, Brigadier General Sonny Irawan;Deputy Chief of Police for East Kalimantan, Brigadier General Adrianto Jossy Kusumo;Deputy Chief of Riau Regional Police, Brigadier General Hengki Haryadi;Deputy Chief of Police for Central Kalimantan, Brigadier General Yosi Muhamartha.
Lastly, the National Police Chief also promoted 35 Policewomen to fill positions ranging from Deputy Regional Police Chief to Police Chief.
Of the 35 policewomen who received promotions, one of them was Brigadier General Sulastiana who was trusted to hold the position of Deputy Chief of Police for West Papua.
Apart from that, 17 policewomen received promotions to the position of Commissioner.One of them is Kombes Sumarni who was appointed as Bekasi Metro Police Chief.
Then 11 other policewomen filled the positions of Director of Investigation for the Protection of Women and Children and Eradication of Human Trafficking (Dirres PPA and PPO) in various Regional Police.
