OJK Chief Executive of Financial Services, Education and Consumer Protection Business Conduct Supervision, Friderica Widyasari Dewi said the fraud was reported to the Indonesia Anti Scam Center since it was launched last February.

“The Indonesian Anti Scam Center has become a forum to support the national commitment to eradicate scams nationally. The number of accounts that have been blocked is 117,301 accounts. So far the total loss of funds that has been reported is IDR 8.2 trillion and the total amount of victim funds that have been blocked is IDR 389.2 billion,” he said at the RDK OJK press conference, Thursday (11/12).
He added that the Definite Task Force also monitors fraud reports submitted to the Indonesia Anti Scam Center which communicates with the Ministry of Communications and Digital.
It was recorded that 61,341 account numbers related to fraud were blocked during the period from January 1 to November 30 2025.
“The Definite Task Force also monitors fraud reports submitted by the public to the Indonesia Anti Scam Center and also coordinates with the Ministry of Communication and Digital of the Republic of Indonesia which has blocked 61,341 account numbers related to fraud,” he said.
