appointed nine members of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Body Committee (
BPH Migas
) period 2025-2029.
Bahlil inaugurated Chairman of the BPH Migas Committee Wahyudi Anas and eight other members of the BPH Migas Committee at the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Office, Jakarta.
“Today I have carried out the inauguration of BPH Migas, because BPH Migas has completed one period, and the validity decree which was extended today ends. So I inaugurated it,” said Bahlil after the inauguration, Monday (10/11), as reported by detik.

Bahlil hopes that the new BPH Migas leaders can work together well with his ministry.He believes that BPH Migas has a very important task in regulating and supervising the supply and distribution of national fuel oil (BBM).
“Our goal is how we can build a good team, especially in management, because the person who provides fuel subsidies is BPH Migas,” he said.
Nine BPH Migas leaders for the 2024-2029 period have gone through selection at the DPR.The DPR approved the Chairman and Members of the Downstream Oil and Gas Regulatory Body (BPH Migas) on Tuesday (23/9).
