Teams that successfully qualify for the round of 32
2025 U-17 World Cup
continues to increase.The following is a list of 18 teams that have qualified for the top 32 in the U-17 World Cup, referring to the official FIFA website.
The ten additional teams that made it to the top 32 were Japan, South Africa, Belgium, Senegal, Croatia, Egypt, Venezuela, Switzerland, South Korea and North Korea.
Japan has made an extraordinary record.Samurai Blue, Japan’s nickname, qualified as group A winners ahead of Portugal.

Japan managed to qualify as the top of the standings after beating Portugal with a score of 2-1 in the group phase match, Sunday (9/11).
South Africa also grabbed a ticket to qualify.The African representative actually lost to Italy 1-3 in the last match but still qualified as runner up in Group A.
The two teams that have qualified for the round of 32 have also been confirmed.Senegal won group C and Croatia followed after finishing in second place with both collecting seven points.
Meanwhile in Group D, Belgium managed to accompany Argentina who qualified as group winners.Belgium finished as runners up after winning 2-0 over its rival, Tunisia at Aspire Zone field eight, Al-Rayan, Qatar.
Egypt, Venezuela, Switzerland, South Korea and North Korea don’t want to be left behind.It is certain that these five teams can at least lock in second place or the best third place in the group phase of the 2025 U-17 World Cup.
These ten teams followed in the footsteps of eight other teams who had already qualified for the next phase.The eight teams are Italy, Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, Zambia, Austria, United States and Ireland.
