“The number of questions asked by investigators was 47,” said Hendra when contacted.
Hendra said that the examination of Lisa was carried out to fulfill the investigation for further legal proceedings.Lisa was allowed to go home because she was considered cooperative in the examination.
“As for why detention was not carried out, it was taken into account that there was no concern that the suspect would run away, damage and/or destroy evidence,” he said.
“There is also no concern that the person concerned will repeat the criminal act currently suspected, namely the Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Crime Case,” he continued.
Meanwhile, regarding the man with the initials MT, Hendra said that the man was not a perpetrator of pornography.MT, said Hendra, played his role in receiving Lisa’s exciting video.
“So for MT, the criminal act is electronic transmission, that is, Lisa sent the pornographic video to MT,” he said.
“So this MT is not the perpetrator of pornography but he did the electronic transmission. Well, Lisa sent a pornographic video to MT, well, this MT then opened the g-drive email to become an open account so that it could be downloaded and seen by other people. So the crime is there, the spread of the pornographic video was from this electronic transmission,” he added.
