, Soesilo and three members of Ira et al’s legal team arrived at the KPK’s Red and White Building at 09.50 WIB.They did not comment much and went straight to the KPK State Detention Center (Rutan), Red and White House Branch.
“There (Ira’s family), this afternoon (came),” said Soesilo briefly as he was about to enter the detention center, Wednesday (26/11).
Soesilo admitted that he had not received further news from the Corruption Eradication Commission regarding the Presidential Decree regarding rehabilitation.
“There is no information yet from the Corruption Eradication Commission. Later the Minister of Law will send it,” he continued when confirmed via written message.
This is the second time Soesilo has been seen at the Corruption Eradication Committee office following the rehabilitation announcement made by the government last Tuesday.In the evening, Tuesday, Soesilo also had time to ask the Corruption Eradication Committee directly about the Rehabilitation Decree given by President Prabowo.
Apart from Ira, rehabilitation was also provided to the Director of Commercial and Services of PT ASDP Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and the Director of Planning and Development of PT ASDP Harry Muhammad Adhi Caksono.
They had previously been found guilty of a corruption case that caused state financial losses of up to IDR 1.25 trillion in Business Cooperation (KSU) and the acquisition of PT Jembatan Nusantara (JN) by PT ASDP in 2019-2022.
On Thursday, November 20 2025, the panel of judges at the Corruption Crime Court (Tipikor) at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN) sentenced Ira to 4 years and 6 months in prison and a fine of IDR 500 million subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
Meanwhile, Muhammad Yusuf Hadi and Harry MAC were sentenced to 4 years in prison each and a fine of IDR 250 million, subsidiary to 3 months in prison.
According to the judge, the defendants have been proven to have committed criminal acts of corruption which caused state financial losses of up to IDR 1.25 trillion in KSU and the acquisition of PT JN by PT ASDP in 2019-2022.
Case number: 68/Pid.Sus-TPK/PN.Jkt.Pst was examined and tried by the chairman of the Sunoto panel with member judges Nur Sari Baktiana and Mardiantos.
The decision was not unanimous, aka it was colored by differences of opinion or Sunoto’s dissenting opinion.
According to him, Ira et al should be acquitted (

) because there was no criminal act of corruption in the KSU case and the acquisition of PT JN by PTASDP.
He views that it is more appropriate to resolve the case in a civil manner because the actions of Ira et al in acquiring PT JN are protected by the principles of the Business Judgment Rule (BJR).
Meanwhile, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) admitted this morning that it was still waiting for the President’s Rehabilitation Decree (SK) from the Ministry of Law so that it could then expel Ira et al from the Red and White Branch of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) detention center.
“This morning we are still waiting for the rehabilitation decision letter as the basis for the process of being released from detention center,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo, Wednesday (26/11).
