Tbk (ADHI) appointed Moeharmein Zein Chaniago as President Director replacing Entus Asnawi Mukhson.
This was done through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) which was held on Tuesday (16/12).
“The EGMS respectfully dismissed Entus Asnawi Mukhson as President Director of the Company and agreed to appoint Moeharmein Z.C as President Director of the Company,” said management in an official statement.

In addition, shareholders also approved the appointment of Amelia Tetriana as commissioner of the company.
ADHI Corporate Secretary Rozi Sparta said that all decisions taken at the EGMS were strategic steps to ensure the Company’s governance remains in line with regulatory changes and supports the smooth execution of future business strategies.
“ADHI’s Board of Commissioners and Directors would like to thank Entus Asnawi Mukhson for his dedication and support to ADHI while serving as a member of ADHI’s Board of Directors,” said Rozi.
In an upload on the official Instagram account @adhikaryaid, management also hopes that with this new management the company can grow even bigger and become more solid, strong, adaptive and sustainable to continue working to develop the country.
