Kuntadi
appointed by the President
Prabowo Subianto
to become the new Head of the Asset Recovery Agency (BPA) of the Attorney General’s Office (Kejagung).
This appointment is stated in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 179/TPA of 2025 dated 20 November 2025. Through this appointment, Kuntadi will replace the position of Amir Yanto who will retire.
Kuntadi is recorded as a graduate of the Faculty of Law from Jenderal Soedirman University.He has been involved in the Adhyaksa Corps for a long time.

His career began to shine after being appointed as Head of Sub-Directorate for Monitoring at the Deputy Attorney General for Intelligence in 2017.
After that he began to occupy a number of strategic positions starting from Head of the Central Jakarta District Prosecutor’s Office (Kajari) in 2018 and General Assistant to the Attorney General in 2019.
Three years later, he was then appointed Director of Investigation at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes in 2022.

After one year in this position, Kuntadi was then transferred as Head of the Lampung High Prosecutor’s Office (Kajati) in August 2024.
Not having served in Lampung for a year, Kuntadi was again transferred by Attorney General Sanitiar Bahtiar to become Kajati East Java, replacing Mia Amiati.
