Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission (

) received an injection in carrying out corruption eradication work after 10 investigators and 13 additional investigators were just appointed on Monday, November 10 2025.
With these conditions, now the number of personnel in the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission is filled with 564 people.
“You are not only tasked with uncovering facts, but maintaining the dignity of the law, justice and institutional integrity amidst increasingly complex challenges,” said KPK Chairman Setyo Budiyanto after inaugurating new personnel for the anti-corruption agency at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Monday (10/11).

The Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) has a very central role in the work of eradicating corruption.Based on KPK Regulation Number 7 of 2020 concerning Work Organization and Governance, the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the KPK carries out at least nine work functions.
Namely formulating technical policies in the field of prosecution and execution which include investigation, investigation, prosecution, asset tracking, evidence management, and execution of handling cases of criminal acts of corruption and/or money laundering crimes.Then carry out studies, studies and/or research in order to support the implementation of duties in the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution.
The next function is to carry out investigations into suspected criminal acts of corruption and cooperate in investigative activities carried out by other law enforcement officials.Then carry out investigations into suspected criminal acts of corruption and/or criminal acts of money laundering (TPPU) and cooperate in investigative activities carried out by other law enforcement officials.
Furthermore, it has the function of carrying out prosecutions, filing legal remedies, implementing judge’s determinations and court decisions, carrying out other legal actions in handling cases of criminal acts of corruption and/or TPPU in accordance with statutory regulations.
The Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission also carries out the functions of tracking assets, managing evidence and carrying out executions of confiscated goods and carrying out secretarial activities, resource development and operational support for the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution.
Then carry out the functions of coordination, synchronization, monitoring, evaluation and implementation of inter-unit working relations with the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution, and carry out other tasks within the scope of his field of duties on orders from the Leadership.
Currently, the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission is led by the Acting Officer (Plt) who comes from the National Police, namely Brigadier General Asep Guntur Rahayu.Brigadier General Asep replaces Inspector General Rudi Setiawan who was appointed as West Java Regional Police Chief.
The Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Committee oversees a number of Directorates, namely the Directorate of Investigation, the Directorate of Investigations, the Directorate of Prosecution, the Directorate of Asset Tracking, Evidence Management and Execution, as well as the Secretariat of the Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Committee.
“Each Directorate as referred to in paragraph (1) letters a to d is led by a Director who is appointed and dismissed by the Secretary General with the approval of the Leadership,” reads Article 54 paragraph 2 of Perkom 7/2020.
The Director as referred to above is a Primary High Leadership Position.Meanwhile, the Deputy Secretariat for Enforcement and Execution is led by the Head of the Secretariat who is appointed and dismissed by the Secretary General.Then the Head of Secretariat is an Administrator Position.
