“There have been 11 arrests of suspected perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption or commonly known in the public (as) OTT that the Corruption Eradication Commission carried out this year, revealing systematic practices in sectors that touch the lives of many people, such as health services, public works, and buying and selling positions,” said Deputy Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission Fitroh Rohcahyanto when explaining the performance in the field of prosecution at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Monday (22/12).
Fitroh emphasized that achievements in the field of prosecution are not just numbers, but rather to achieve justice for society because every legal process in corruption cases paves the way for system improvement.

“From this one year of action, the Corruption Eradication Committee named 118 suspects, processed hundreds of cases, and recovered state assets reaching IDR 1.53 trillion. This figure is the highest figure in the last five years,” he said.
This KPK leader with a prosecutor background added that the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also carried out the handover of state confiscated goods cq PT Taspen (Persero) in the form of cash amounting to Rp. 883,038,394,268 (Rp. 883 billion) which was transferred to Taspen’s THT Giro account and 6 units of securities or securities which were transferred to PT Taspen’s securities account.
Furthermore, Fitroh said that more than 1,500 residents took part in bidding for the auction of state looted goods.

“For the Corruption Eradication Commission, action is not the end. The findings and lessons learned from the action are an important basis for encouraging system improvements, governance and supervision so that the same corrupt practices do not repeat themselves,” said Fitroh.

Third, 7-8 August 2025, OTT in Jakarta;Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi;and Makassar, South Sulawesi regarding alleged corruption in the Regional General Hospital (RSUD) construction project in East Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi.
Fourth, OTT in Jakarta on August 13 2025 regarding alleged bribery related to cooperation in forest area management.
Fifth, on August 20 2025, OTT was related to allegations of extortion in the processing of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) certification at the Ministry of Manpower involving Immanuel Ebenezer Gerungan as Deputy Minister of Manpower at that time.
Sixth, November 3 2025, OTT against Riau Governor Abdul Wahid related to alleged extortion within the Riau Provincial Government for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
Seventh, on November 7 2025, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested the Regent of Ponorogo, East Java, Sugiri Sancoko, in connection with the alleged bribery case for office management, work projects at RSUD dr.Harjono Ponorogo, and other receipts or gratuities within the Ponorogo Regency Government.
Eighth, on 9-10 December 2025, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested the Regent of Central Lampung, Lampung, Ardito Wijaya, in connection with a case of alleged acceptance of gifts and gratuities within the Central Lampung Regency Government for the 2025 Fiscal Year.
Ninth, on 17-18 December 2025, the KPK conducted an OTT in Tangerang and arrested a prosecutor, two lawyers and six private parties.In this OTT, the Corruption Eradication Commission also confiscated around IDR 900 million in cash.
Tenth, on December 18 2025, the KPK conducted an OTT in Bekasi Regency, West Java.In this silent operation, the KPK arrested a total of 10 people and sealed the office of Bekasi Regent Ade Kuswara Kunang.
Eleventh, on December 18 2025, the KPK conducted an OTT in Hulu Sungai Utara (HSU), South Kalimantan.In this operation, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) arrested six people, including Kajari and Head of Intelligence at the HSU District Prosecutor’s Office.Meanwhile, Head of the Civil and State Administration Section (Datun) of the North Hulu Sungai District Prosecutor’s Office (HSU), South Kalimantan, Tri Taruna Fariadi, who had fought against KPK officers and fled, finally surrendered.
