Director of Asset Tracking, Evidence Management and Execution (Labuksi) Mungki Hadipratikto said that Setya Novanto’s house which will be auctioned is in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara.The auction runs from November 10 – December 9, 2025.
“So, for Setya Novanto, the goods happen to be in Kupang, in NTT, not in Jakarta,” said Mungki at the KPK Rupbasan Building, Wednesday (26/11).

Setya Novanto’s house will be auctioned with a limit price of IDR 2,181,065,000 with an area of 550 square meters.
Not only that, the Corruption Eradication Commission also auctioned a number of immovable items totaling 103 lots consisting of land and apartment buildings with a total of IDR 282,897,140,900 in the context of World Anti-Corruption Day 2025.
Mungki added that the most expensive immovable asset in this auction was a factory in Bogor with a price of IDR 60 billion.
“Meanwhile, if goods don’t move, the most expensive thing is a building in the form of a factory at KPKNL Bogor. That’s worth approximately IDR 60 billion,” he added.
This year’s auction, which reached IDR 289 billion, included 176 lots of goods, consisting of 73 lots of movable goods and 103 lots of immovable goods.
“So, for Hakodia in 2025, we will auction 176 lots consisting of 73 lots of movable goods and 103 lots of immovable goods,” said Mungki.
A total of 176 lots of goods come from 33 cases and will be held simultaneously at 22 KPKNL throughout Indonesia.

Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) also held three auctions in March, June and September 2025, where the auctions generated IDR 42.3 billion, IDR 28.7 billion and IDR 8 billion respectively.
