Police Commissioner Agung Adriansyah was also one of the injured victims in the fire incident at the Terra Drone Building, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.
Central Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Susatyo Purnomo Condro said a total of three victims were injured in the incident.Susatyo said Kompol Agung suffered serious injuries, so he had to be rushed to hospital.
“Currently, it was reported by the Fire Department that there were around two minor injuries. However, the serious one was from the Kemayoran Police Chief,” said Susatyo to reporters, Tuesday (9/12).

Susatyo revealed that Agung suffered injuries to his hand.Afterwards, Agung received medical treatment at Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital, Central Jakarta.
“One of our members, the Kemayoran Police Chief, was also injured in the hand and is currently being treated at the Cempaka Putih Islamic Hospital,” said Susatyo.
A fire broke out at the Terra Drone Building located in Cempaka Baru, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta (Jakpus) on Tuesday (9/12) afternoon.The fire is thought to have started from a battery on the 1st floor of the building.
“At around 12.30 there was a battery on the 1st floor, that was the one that caught fire. Then it was extinguished by employees, then it turned out that the burning battery spread because on the 1st floor this is one of the warehouses,” Susatyo told reporters.
At the time of the incident, employees were on their lunch break.Some employees were said to be outside, while others went up to floors two to six to rest.
“Then when it caught fire, the fire got bigger, then the smoke rose to the sixth floor,” said Susatyo.
So far, 22 people have died in this incident.The bodies of the victims have been taken to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for examination and identification.
