Kadek Arel believes that Marselino Ferdinan’s presence is very important in helping
U-23 Indonesian National Team
in defending the gold medal at the 2025 SEA Games.
“It’s definitely very important too, because sometimes we have problems in the final third and we definitely need players like Marselino who are also very good. We know that Marselino’s quality is very good and of course if he comes he can also help a lot for this team,” said Kadek Arel.
Marselino Ferdinan is certain to be able to strengthen the Indonesian U-23 national team for the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand next December.This assurance was expressed by the Chairman of the National Team Agency (BTN) Sumardji.

“So, thank God, our communication with Marselino’s club [AS Trencin] reached a very positive point,” said Sumardji on Monday (17/11).
In fact, Sumardji confirmed that Marselino’s name was included in the final squad for the U-23 Indonesian National Team for the SEA Games.
“Yes, I have. The name already exists,” said Sumardji.
He also said that Marselino is currently in good condition and ready to join the team.
“Good, that’s good,” said Sumardji.
Sumardji revealed that Marselino will join the Indonesian National Team in November.
“And we have scheduled Marselino to leave his club at the end of November. So, if we leave here on the 27th, maybe we will meet in Thailand together,” said Sumardji.
