The Indonesian men’s team tennis team won a gold medal
SEA Games 2025
after beating Thailand 2-1, Saturday (13/12) evening.
The deciding factor for Indonesia’s victory over Thailand was created by men’s doubles Justin Barki/Chistofer Rungkat at the National Tennis Development Center, Bangkok.
In the first set Justin/Christo appeared calm and were able to end the match with a score of 6-3.In the second set, Thailand appeared braver, but Indonesia still won, 6-3.

Justin/Christo’s victory ensured Indonesia secured gold.Previously, in two singles matches, the score ended at 1-1.
In the first match, Justin Barki did not move against the host’s mainstay Kasidit Samrej.In this duel, Justin lost in straight sets.
In the second match, Rifqi Fitriadi equalized.Against Maximus Jones, Rifqi lost in the second set, then locked it in the third set, score 6-3, 4-6, 7-6.
With this, Indonesia won 31 gold as of Saturday (13/12).The gold medal for the men’s tennis team team was the 11th throughout the day, after the women’s team also won gold.
