(Persero) Tbk reshuffled the company’s management structure through the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (
EGM
) which was held yesterday, Wednesday (17/12).
In the company’s report to the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Jasa Marga stated that the GMS determined changes to the composition of the company’s directors and board of commissioners.
“The company has held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) on December 17 2025 with one of the agenda items being changes to the composition of the company’s management,” said Jasa Marga Corporate Secretary and Chief Administration Office Ari Wibowo in an official statement, Thursday (18/12), citing the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI).

The company stated that there was no impact on operational activities, legal aspects, financial condition or business continuity from the change in management composition.
The entire process is carried out in accordance with information disclosure provisions, referring to POJK No. 31/POJK.04/2015 and amendments through POJK No. 45 of 2024.
Through the GMS decision, shareholders appointed a number of new names to the ranks of directors and commissioners.The new composition includes establishing the position of service director which is now filled by Yaya Ruhiya, while the position of business development director is occupied by Ari Respati.
The board of commissioners also underwent changes with the presence of new names in the structure.
