Hamas political bureau member Hossam Badran accused Israel of failing to respect the Gaza ceasefire agreement.Since the official cease-fire began, 377 Palestinians have died due to Israeli attacks.

Under the terms of the deal, Badran said Israel should reopen the Rafah-Egypt crossing and increase the volume of aid to Gaza.
“We are pressuring the mediator to complete the first phase of the ceasefire agreement,” said Badrun on Tuesday (9/12), quoted by AFP.
According to the first phase of the ceasefire agreement, Hamas was asked to release 48 hostages who were still alive and who died in Gaza.All the hostages have so far been freed except for one body.
In exchange, Israel released nearly 2,000 Palestinian prisoners and returned the bodies of hundreds of deceased Palestinians.
The first phase of the ceasefire also stipulated that much more aid entering Gaza would be required.
Meanwhile, the second stage concerns the disarmament of Hamas, the further withdrawal of Israeli troops as the designated transitional authority, and the deployment of international stabilization forces.
Israel says the next phase cannot begin until the body of Gaza’s last prisoner, Israeli citizen Ran Gvili, is handed over.
The ultimate goal of this agreement is the gradual withdrawal of Israeli troops from Gaza if certain conditions are met.
Hamas has stated that it is ready to hand over weapons to the Palestinian Authority on condition that the Israeli occupation ends.
Israel launched aggression against Palestine in October 2023. Since then, they have heavily shelled residents and civilian objects including hospitals, refugee camps and places of worship.
As a result of this brutal aggression, more than 70,000 residents in Palestine were killed and millions of people were forced to become refugees.
