The happy news of the marriage of two chess masters was revealed by Eric Rosen through uploads on social media accounts.
“I’m so excited to share an update on my special life — I just married an amazing person @irene_sukandar,” wrote Eric Rosen.

In this news, Eric thanked all parties who supported his relationship with Irene Sukandar.
“We have kept most of our relationship private until now, but we are happy to share this important moment publicly. Thank you for supporting our journey, both on and off the chessboard. Hopefully this is the start of a beautiful chapter,” said Eric.
Irene and Eric become a pair of world chess masters.Irene won the women’s grand master (WGM) title in 2009 and the international master title in 2024. Meanwhile, Eric Rosen received the international master title in 2015.
