).
There are at least four airports in the disaster area that are under InJourney’s supervision, namely Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport, Minangkabau Airport, Kualanamu Airport and Silangit Airport.

However, he said that these airports cannot operate 24 hours a day.Unless there is information from the airline about 6-12 hours before the flight.
“We can open airport flight operations at certain hours as long as the airline coordinates 6 to 12 hours before the flight, then we will continue with other coordination such as with AirNav. This also makes officers at the airport alert 24 hours, especially for Nataru,” he said.
InJourney also continues to coordinate with PT PLN (Persero) to ensure that electricity at the airport is safe and ready to serve passengers.
“We were affected by a power outage, but we recovered quickly, because we were grateful that we alerted a team of PLN technicians, then maximized the existing generators, so that flight services returned to normal,” explained Deputy Main Director of InJourney Airports, Achmad Syahir added.
During this year’s Christmas period, InJourney alerted 16 thousand personnel to ensure maximum service at all their airports, especially at
peak
season or peak homecoming flow is 20-21 December 2025 and peak return flow is 2-3 January 2026.
