opens his voice after a deadly car explosion in the center of New Delhi that killed dozens of people.
Modi is currently on an official visit to Bhutan.He said the “terrible” events in Delhi had caused sorrow for the entire people.

He then said, “All those responsible will be brought to justice.”
Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also said he would release the results of the investigation to the public as soon as possible.
“I want to assure the nation unequivocally that those responsible for this tragedy will be brought to justice and will not be tolerated under any circumstances,” Singh said in X.
New Delhi Police is still investigating the case under the anti-terrorism law.
Previously, a car exploded near the Red Fort in New Delhi on Monday afternoon.As a result of this incident, six vehicles and three auto-rickshaws caught fire.In addition, 13 people were killed and more than 30 people were reportedly injured in this incident.
Delhi Police Commissioner Satish Golcha said the vehicle was moving slowly and stopped near a traffic light at around 6.42 pm local time.
“The explosion occurred in the vehicle. Passengers in the vehicle and people around the vehicle were affected,” said Glocha.
The explosion occurred at the metro station serving Red Fort.Red Fort is one of the most visited historical sites in New Delhi and is the heart of the country’s capital.
This building is 350 years old because it was built in the Mughal era.The area around Red Fort is a dense area.
Red Fort is currently closed for three days following the explosion.The closure was carried out to disperse the crowd to facilitate investigations.
