They are expected to be brought to the Galilee region in northern Israel in stages.The Galilee is a historical mountainous region with important cities such as Nazareth, Tiberias, and Safed.
Its location is on the Lebanese border to the north, and borders the Jordan Valley and the Sea of Galilee to the east.
This area has been affected by conflict with Hezbollah, causing many residents to leave the area.

, in the first wave next year, as many as 1,200 people will come and Tel Aviv will provide some initial help to get them acclimated.
The initial aid took the form of financial support, Hebrew classes, job training, temporary housing, and social programs.
The Israeli government will also prepare funds of around US$27.4 million (around Rp. 438 billion) for the first phase.
They will join nearly 4,000 other Bnei Menashe members who have moved to Israel in the past 20 years.This plan was also prepared jointly with the Government of India.
Demographic considerations remain a major factor in Israeli policy, especially regarding the dynamics of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
Previously, the Bnei Menashe tribe were descendants of the Biblical tribe of Manasseh which was considered one of the “lost tribes” in Israel.
Many of them converted to Christianity before returning to Judaism.Although initially Israel did not support Bnei Menashe immigration.
But in the same year that Israel’s Sephardi Chief Rabbi recognized the community as officially descendants of Israel’s lost tribes, Israel acknowledged their presence.
Currently, Israel has around 10.1 million residents, while the Palestinian territories are estimated to have a population of 5.5 million.
