Lisa was charged with Article 45 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph 1 and Article 34 of Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the second amendment to the ITE Law, and Article 8 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.

“So we will look at these two articles later with those concerned,” said Head of Public Relations of the West Java Regional Police, Commissioner Pol Hendra Rochmawan, Saturday (6/12).
Even though she was charged with multiple articles, investigators did not arrest Lisa.
The decision not to detain Lisa, said Hendra, was based on several considerations.Among these is that there is no concern that the suspect will run away, destroy evidence, or repeat the acts charged in this case.
“Investigators consider that the person concerned is cooperative. There is no indication of running away or destroying evidence,” he said.
Hendra emphasized that his party was still continuing the investigation process to explore the elements of the alleged article.He ensures that all legal processes are carried out according to procedures and are transparent.
Hendra said that the examination of Lisa was carried out from Thursday (4/12) to Friday (5/12) at the West Java Regional Police’s Cyber Investigation Directorate.In total, 47 questions were asked by investigators during the examination process.
“The interests of the examination have been completed and have been fulfilled in order to complete the strengthening of the elements of the alleged article,” said Hendra.
