gathered PWNU Chairmen throughout Indonesia amidst the issue of his impeachment.
The meeting was held in a room on the 3rd floor of the Navator Samator Hotel Surabaya, East Java, Saturday (22/11) evening.

at the location, Gus Yahya arrived alone at the event location at 19.33 WIB.There was no PBNU Secretary General Saifullah Yusuf (Gus Ipul) or East Java PWNU Chairman KH Abdul Hakim Mahfudz (Gus Kikin) accompanying him.
“Gathering, coordination of organizational management,” said Gus Yahya.
Gus Yahya then had dinner with a number of regional NU administrators who were present.At around 20.28 WIB, the new event started, and it was running behind closed doors.
It is not yet known which regional NU administrators attended the event.But a number of NU Banser personnel were seen standing guard around the meeting room.
When asked whether this meeting was related to the issue of his impeachment which was revealed through the PBNU Syuriyah Daily Meeting Minutes document on November 20 2025, Gus Yahya admitted that he did not know.
He also admitted that he had not received the minutes document signed by Rais Aam PBNU KH Miftachul Akhyar.
“I haven’t received it myself. But we’ll see if anything is prepared. Wait for the information,” said Gus Yahya.
