to read busyro selawat every morning after singing the song Indonesia Raya.
“All ASN are required to sing the busyro greeting every day at 10.00 WIB or after singing the song ‘Indonesia Raya’,” he told reporters, Monday (17/11).
These rules are contained in the Governor’s Circular (SE) regarding the obligation to play Selawat Busyro in all regional apparatus organization (OPD) offices within the Riau Islands Provincial Government.

Ansar argued that the activity of reading the salawat would increase people’s enthusiasm and love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW.
“We have designated Riau Islands as a holiday province. This is a form of love and respect for the lord of the Prophet Muhammad SAW,” he said.
Furthermore, he said that by frequently going on holiday, it is hoped that he will also receive mercy and blessings from Allah SWT so that every development in the Riau Islands can move in a better direction.
“This habit aims to build the morals and faith of ASN employees and Muslims,” he concluded.
