“President Prabowo is extraordinary, this year only 45 thousand of the APBN budget is for renovating houses that are unfit for habitation. But, next year it will be 400 thousand, a huge increase, it proves that President Prabowo is very pro-people,” said Ara after attending the Accelerated Distribution of Housing Program Credit (KPP) Against Loan sharks, at the Udayana University (Unud) Auditorium in Jimbaran, Badung Regency, Bali, on Monday (24/11) afternoon.

In line with this increase in target, the PKP Ministry will receive a budget allocation of IDR 10.89 trillion next year.This figure has more than doubled or 106.57 percent compared to the 2025 ceiling.
“Next year our budget will increase by 100 percent. Yes, our ministry’s budget will be increased by President Prabowo and the DPR by 100 percent,” he said.
In Indonesia, continued Ara, there are 26.9 million people who have livable houses.Apart from that, there are still 9.9 million Indonesians who do not have a home.
“There are 9.9 million for those who don’t have a house. The program is called FLPP (Housing Financing Liquidity Facility) subsidized housing,” he said.
The target for the FLPP program next year is 350 thousand houses.That number is the same as this year.
