attending the G20 Summit on 22-23 November 2025.
Gibran took off from Halim Perdanakusuma Indonesian Air Force Base, Jakarta, for Johannesburg, South Africa on Friday (21/11) this morning.

Gibran’s presence in this forum is said to be the commitment of the Indonesian government under the leadership of President Prabowo Subianto to play an active role in global economic recovery and strengthening international cooperation.
The G20 South Africa Summit will take place over two days, on 22-23 November 2025, at the Johannesburg Expo Centre.
The forum will bring together world leaders.Later, Gibran is scheduled to deliver a speech representing Prabowo while also emphasizing Indonesia’s position on various priority global issues.
Apart from that, during the G20 Summit series, Gibran is also scheduled to hold a number of bilateral meetings with leaders of friendly countries to convey Prabowo’s message, especially in the context of strengthening relations and cooperation between countries.
