Purbaya has revealed plans to open civil servant vacancies in the Ministry of Finance through Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) Number 70 of 2025 concerning the Ministry of Finance’s Strategic Plan for 2025-2029.
This regulation states that the Ministry of Finance has the opportunity to add new employees from CPNS recruitment, both general routes and official schools.Then there is the PPPK route by examining the possibility of implementing flexible recruitment of state civil servants (ASN).
Based on calculations based on Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data as of 31 December 2024, the Ministry of Finance has obtained a projection of 5,738 employees who will enter the retirement age limit in the 2025-2029 period.
There are also around 2,010 employees leaving due to retirement in the next five years.
