Cane Toa Village is known to be one of the areas where flash floods flow.The overflow of water mixed with mud inundated residents’ houses and disrupted community activities after the incident.
Gayo Lues Police Chief AKBP Hyrowo, S.I.K.through the Head of the Gayo Lues Police Department, Police Commissioner Fiter Bronson, S.Sos., M.Si.conveyed that the involvement of personnel in these activities was a form of the National Police’s preparedness and quick response to natural disasters.According to him, the presence of the National Police is not only limited to maintaining security, but also providing humanitarian assistance to people in need.
“We are here to help ease the burden on the community after the disaster. Through this joint work, it is hoped that the environment will recover quickly and residents can return to their activities,” he said.
