flood
which hit the region.The two victims were Muzammar (30) and M. Afdalil (27).
Victim Muzammar died due to electric shock while trying to save livestock in his yard in Tanjong Babah Village, Matangkuli District.Meanwhile, M Afdalil was swept away by the flood currents in Tanah Jambo Aye District.

Tanoh Jambo Aye Police Chief Iptu Agus Alfian Halomoan said the incident started when victim M Afdalil was riding a motorbike from Nibung Hamlet to Jrat Manyang Village, even though the road was already covered by floodwater.
“While he was in the middle of a submerged lane, the victim was swept away by the strong current along with his motorbike and fell. Residents around the location tried to help, but the strong current caused the victim to be carried towards the river,” said Inspector Agus, Wednesday (26/11).
The victim was finally found about 50 meters from the initial location, floating in a lifeless condition.Moreover, the water depth on this route reaches 80 cm with strong currents.
“This situation made it difficult for the victim to maintain balance until he was finally dragged into a deeper river flow,” he explained.
Now the body has been taken to the funeral home in Jrat Manyang Village for burial.
It is known that until now the North Aceh Regency area is still flooded and the intensity of the rain has not decreased.
