, South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Aipda H (40) was sanctioned
demotion
for five years after being decided to violate ethics for showing his genitals to a 17 year old woman during a video call (VC).
Aipda H underwent a code of ethics trial which was held on October 1 and was given a special placement sanction (patsus) and demotion for five years.
“Yes, so the decision is in the form of a special placement for 30 days which has been served, then a 5 year demotion from the Bone Police,” said Head of Bone Police Propam, AKP Muh Ali, to journalists, Monday (22/12).

Ali said that Aipda H previously served as SPKT Bintara for the Bone Police.After undergoing a code of ethics trial, Aipda H was then transferred to the General Section (SIUM).
“After the trial, he was placed in Ba Sium,” he said.
This case occurred last Monday (21/7).It started when the victim received a video call from Aipda H, and suddenly showed his genitals to the victim.
“Initially, the alleged perpetrator was still wearing a sarong. Not long afterward, the sarong he was using was removed and his genitals were fully shown to the victim,” said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit for Bone Police, AKP Alvin Aji Kurniawan.
After the incident, the victim reported the case to the Bone Police on August 6.Then, Alvin said that the perpetrator and the victim did not know each other.However, the victim’s cellphone number was obtained when the victim accompanied his friend to make a report at the Bone Police Integrated Police Service Center (SPKT).
“The victim only accompanied his friend to report to SPKT, and that’s where the victim’s number was obtained,” he said.
Alvin said that investigators had carried out a case title and had concluded that the case met the elements to be raised to the investigation stage.
“This case is considered sufficient evidence to proceed to further legal proceedings,” he concluded.
