Erika reported DJ Panda regarding alleged threats to Polda Metro Jaya and was registered with number LP/B/5027/VII/2025/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA.
Based on the report submitted by Erika, the incident began when the person concerned received information from witness B that there was a threatening message sent by DJ Panda.
“The reported party (DJ Panda) sent a message via WhatsApp group using the number 0821-XXXX-XXXX which threatened to destroy the victim’s career,” said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi to reporters, Friday (25/7).
“The reported party also wanted to create fake news by saying that the child in the victim’s womb was not his. Then the reported party also said that the victim was a psychopath,” he added.
Not only that, DJ Panda is also said to have sent Erika’s personal data at a hospital to the WhatsApp group, including Erika’s ultrasound photo.
DJ Panda was reported regarding alleged violations of Article 335 and/or Article 28 Paragraph (2) JoArticle 45 of the ITE Law and/or Article 65 Paragraph (2) of Law 27 of 2022 concerning Personal Data Protection.
The alleged threat case occurred after she revealed that she was pregnant with DJ Panda’s child.Erika then felt a threat in the DJ Panda fanbase group towards herself and the fetus.
Erika said a total of 500 people are in the fanbase group.Erika explained that there were various threats made within the group, including those made by DJ Panda himself.
“Information of opinions, hate speech, threats in whatever form, personal data too. Personal data is also disseminated. It all comes from him,” he said.

“Even on July 21, I was attacked in the DMs (direct messages) that came in. I was also confused about why people knew I was pregnant. That was the first thing, it turned out it came from that group,” he explained.
“For accountability in the form of financial or other things, getting married has never, never occurred to me,” he claimed.
“Because this is my responsibility, I was in the wrong, from the start I said it was my fault, I have to be responsible, I don’t need him to be responsible,” he explained.
