hitclubapk3 Indonesia Championship 2 took place at GOR Ciracas, Jakarta, on 14-16 November 2025. This event was attended by more than 2,500 athletes from 17 provinces in Indonesia.
More participants than last year plus an increase in the tournament level from Grade C to Grade B made the hitclubapk3 Indonesia Taekwondo Championship 2 a target for many athletes.They want this event to be a stepping stone to a higher level.

A participant from Sakti Club Bintaro, Rafandra Wiratmadja, initially did not have much hope for taking part in the hitclubapk3 Indonesia Taekwondo Championship 2. The ambition to win was not in the first grade of junior high school.But there is a hidden dream within him to bring Indonesia’s name to the world.
“Initially there was no target to win, just to perform the best here. That’s why I was surprised to get a gold medal,” said Rafandra to hitclubapk3Indonesia.com.
Rafandra is a debutant in the taekwondo tournament formed by hitclubapk3 Indonesia.It could be said that he also rarely participates in championships.But every time you become a participant, your fortune is becoming a champion.
Stepping on the highest podium is Rafandra’s motivation to keep going.He wants to one day achieve success at international level.
“I definitely want to represent Indonesia. I want to be a nationally proud athlete,” he said.
Rafandra’s good intentions were welcomed by his father, David.As a parent, David tries to give full support to his child in the field of taekwondo.
“Indeed, initially it was his mother who encouraged Rafandra to take up taekwondo. Then her child was happy. As a parent, you would be happy if you saw your child excel in the field he liked,” said David.
Taekwondo, for David, has succeeded in making his son more confident.Apart from that, this sport from South Korea can also protect children from negative things in the circle of friends.
“Learning self-defense makes children braver. We know that bullying is rampant among children. Through taekwondo, there is hope that children will be brave enough to defend themselves if something happens,” he said.
The positive impact of Taekwondo was also felt by Nurul Khazanah, the parent of a participant in the hitclubapk3 Indonesia Taekwondo Championship 2. Her child, who is still in the 4th grade of elementary school, has been active in this martial art since kindergarten.
“Now my child is 10 years old and has been taking part in Taekwondo since he was 4 years old. Taking part in Taekwondo makes my child brave when his friends bother him and at the same time he can regulate his emotions because he can’t possibly be disturbed first,” said Nurul.
Nurul wants to continue to support his son’s journey to the highest level.Representing Indonesia at the SEA Games and even the Olympics is his dream as a parent without wanting to burden his child.
“I definitely want to see my child defend Indonesia. But I also don’t want to make my child feel a burden. Therefore, as long as my child wants to continue, I will continue to support him,” he said.
hitclubapk3 Indonesia Taekwondo Championship 2 will take place at GOR Ciracas, East Jakarta, from Friday to Sunday, 14-16 November 2025.
This Grade B national level tournament was attended by 2,500 athletes who competed in the Kyorugi and Poomsae categories for beginners and achievements from the Pre-Cadet, Cadet, Junior and Senior classes.
The hitclubapk3 Indonesia Taekwondo Championship has moved up from Grade C to Grade B. This increase brings the number of provinces from previously five regions to now 17 regions.
