Commission III of the DPR held a plenary meeting to make the best decision on the results of the feasibility test on the second day.A total of eight factions in Commission III approved the seven candidates proposed by the selection committee.

“Based on the views read by the spokespersons for the factions, it can be concluded that whether or not giving approval to the 2025-2030 Judicial Commission means that eight factions gave approval to seven candidates for members of the Judicial Commission,” said Deputy Chair of Commission III DPR from the Golkar Fraction, Sari Yuliati, in the meeting.

It will then be brought to the DPR plenary session to be officially ratified, before being sworn in.
“Is this a conclusion we can agree on?”Sari said asking for approval from the meeting, “agree,” they answered in unison.
“And the results of Commission III’s approval will be presented at the nearest DPR RI Plenary Meeting,” he added.
In his view, the representative of the PDIP faction, Safaruddin, believes that KY must take sides with justice seekers.
According to him, KY must be present as a moral bulwark for judges and as the last bastion of justice seekers.
“Therefore, the Judicial Commission must be present as a moral bulwark to ensure that judges do not abuse their authority which could harm the people,” said Safaruddin.
