U-23 Indonesian National Team
in a test match at Pakansari Stadium, Cibinong, Bogor, Saturday (15/11) evening.
The Indonesian U-23 National Team suffered a three-goal defeat without reply.Mali was able to score a goal through Sekou Doucoure in the fifth minute.Next, the Les Aigles youth team scored a goal through Wilson Samake in the 53rd minute.
In the second half, Mali scored another goal when the match entered injury time through Maoulaye Haidara’s kick.

Dony Tri considers the defeat to Mali as an important lesson before the Indonesian U-23 National Team competes in the 2025 SEA Games.
“Maybe from my point of view I just want to help the team, the results are disappointing. Mali is indeed good, there is a lot that needs to be improved before the SEA Games,” said Dony Tri after the match.
“We are definitely not physically strong enough and in the future we will continue to work hard, develop, so that at the SEA Games we will be ready,” he continued.
Dony performed quite well in the match against Mali.Some of Dony’s individual actions can make the ball enter the opponent’s penalty box.The Persija Jakarta player also kicked on target.
The match against Mali was preparation for Indra Sjafri’s team before competing in the 2025 SEA Games.
The Indonesian U-23 national team will be in the same group as Myanmar, the Philippines and Singapore at the Southeast Asian countries’ sporting event which will take place in December 2025.
