Central Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB), through an interim replacement mechanism (PAW) for the remaining term of office 2024-2029.
He replaces Mahrup who was involved in a corruption case in the distribution of people’s business credit (KUR) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in 2021-2022.

Dono Kasino Indro was the second highest vote winner from PKS in the East Pujut-Praya Electoral District (Dapil) during the 2024 Legislative Election (Pileg). Pathul then congratulated Dono Kasino Indro who had been appointed as a member of the Central Lombok DPRD.
According to him, the residents of Central Lombok are now waiting for the PKS politician’s progress as a council member.
“Congratulations on your inauguration, Dono Kasino Indro. The people of Central Lombok are eagerly awaiting your presence to add color to this legislature,” said Pathul.

Previously, Mahrup was a defendant in the 2021-2022 BSI KUR distribution corruption case along with five other people.Including his party colleague, namely Muhammad Sidik, who is also a former member of the Central Lombok DPRD.
The two former DPRD members were proven to have violated the subsidiary charges, namely Article 3 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 18 of Law (UU) Number 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes as amended by Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 65 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
