The highlight of the event, on January 9 2026, will be worship and Christmas celebrations at the Jakarta International Expo (JIEXPO) Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

“from a series of Christmas activities for the DKI Provincial Government which will be held starting from December 11 until it will culminate in a worship celebration on January 9 2026. The highlight of the event will be Christmas worship and Christmas celebrations at JIEXPO,” said Michael Rolandi as General Chair of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government’s Christmas Committee at the Christmas Carol event, at the Jakarta HI Roundabout, Thursday (11/12).

Michael said that the highlight of the series of events was planned to be attended by the Governor of DKI Jakarta Pramono Anung with 14,000 congregations from eight levels of churches in Jakarta.
He added that the Christmas Carol event which will be held at the HI Roundabout will last until December 23 2025. Apart from the HI Roundabout, he said, there will be a total of ten points for ten days.

“The points are at HI Roundabout, Sarinah, Literacy Park, Kendal Tunnel, and other areas…Including five [DKI administrative] areas,” he continued.
He said that every day until December 23, the event will start at 16.00 to 17.30 WIB.
“The hours are 4 (afternoon) to 17.30 like now. Every day until December 23,” he said.
Christmas Market
Michael said that his party would also hold a Christmas Market event at Blok M Hub and a Christmas Creative Market at Lapangan Banteng.
“But we won’t just stop there, we will hold a Christmas Market event, OK? The Christmas Market will be at Blok M Hub. Then the Christmas Creative Market, that will be at Lapangan Banteng,” he said.
Michael continued, his party hopes that this event can make Christmas a joy for families in DKI Jakarta.
“We hope that the Christmas theme “God is Here to Save the Family” will make Christmas a joy for families in DKI Jakarta,” he said.
