, at the Central Jakarta District Court, Tuesday (16/12)
This moment occurred when Delpedro and three other defendants, wearing all black, entered the courtroom.
“For the public prosecutor, and two for the panel of judges whose arrival we are waiting for. Freedom, independence, long live the people,” said Delpedro.

Delpedro and his friends admitted that they would be responsible for what they did regarding legal aid.
He also asked all state officials who were negligent in carrying out their duties in securing the demonstration to be investigated and prosecuted.
“For Laras in South Jakarta, for the 60 prisoners in North Jakarta, for the 24 prisoners in Jakarta Pudat, for the prisoners in East Java, for the prisoners in West Java, for the political prisoners throughout Indonesia, be happy, hold your heads high that you are the young generation chosen by history to glorify democracy,” he said.
They then invited court visitors to observe a moment of silence regarding the flood and landslide disasters that occurred in Sumatra.After that, they sang the song Indonesia Pusaka.
Delpedro Marhaen and three other defendants underwent their first trial in the case of alleged incitement to carry out anarchist acts during demonstrations last August.
The three other defendants are Lokataru Foundation staff Muzaffar Salim, admin @gejayanmemanggil Syahdan Husein, and Riau University student and Student Alliance admin Suing Khariq Anhar.
The cases of the four defendants are registered in one file, namely case number: 742/Pid.Sus/2025/PN.Jkt.Pst.
