.
He said the merger process between the two companies in the transportation sector is still ongoing today.
“Positive, the signal is positive,” said Rosan after a meeting with President Prabowo Subianto at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Thursday (27/11).

Then, when asked what the chances of a merger between the two companies were, Rosan gave a nodding gesture.
At the same time, Rosan also talked about the discourse on the acquisition of Lotte Chemical shares by Danantara.
He said the negotiation process was still ongoing.
“We are still negotiating between 25-30 percent,” said Rosan.
Separately, BPI Danantara Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Pandu Sjahrir said Danantara’s focus was the relationship between the two companies or
business-to-business
(B2B) regarding the issue of the merger of the two companies.

Danantara’s involvement in this merger plan is related to investments by Telkom and its subsidiary, PT Telekomunikasi Selular Indonesia (Telkomsel).The BUMN invested around IDR 6.4 trillion to own GoTo shares.
