“This is from the TNI-Polri as well as the President’s order, we will add it,” said Dahnil at the Presidential Palace in Jakarta, Thursday (4/12).

Dahnil said Hajj officers with TNI and Polri backgrounds were also stronger.
Even so, he was still reluctant to specify the percentage of additional Hajj officers with TNI-Polri backgrounds.He admitted that he had not discussed this matter in detail.
“What is clear is that it is increasing,” he said.
Apart from that, he said that the recruitment process for Hajj officers for 2026 in the provinces of North Sumatra, West Sumatra and Aceh was postponed due to flash floods and landslides.
“So first, right now the recruitment process for Hajj officers is underway. So for the North Sumatra, Aceh and West Sumatra regions, we are postponing the selection process until a time we have not yet determined,” he said.
