The police have again arrested two people or a husband and wife (pasutri) who are suspected of being the masterminds behind the planting of hundreds of plants

Jombang Police Chief AKBP Ardi Kurniawan explained that the two perpetrators who had just been arrested were Petrus Ridanto Busono Raharjo (48) alias Danto, and his wife I (40) in the Candimulyo area, Jombang.
The couple were arrested after the police first arrested Yulius Vasi (35), a resident of Wonorejo Hamlet, Sidowarek Village, Ngoro District, Jombang Regency, and Rama Susanto (43) alias Comek, a resident from Surabaya.

“After arresting two suspects Y and R, we then developed this until we managed to secure two married couples, initials D and I, who live in Candimulyo Village, Jombang,” said Ardi, Thursday (18/12).
Danto is known to be a resident of Tirtonirmolo Village, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region.Meanwhile, his wife, Ike Dewi Sartika (40), is a resident of Pagerwojo Village, Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency.The two of them rented a house in Candimulyo Village, Jombang District/Regency.
According to the Police Chief, Danto acts as a financier and manager of the care of marijuana plants in the greenhouse.Meanwhile, his wife helped in purchasing various equipment used to support the closed cultivation of marijuana.
“The person concerned D (Danto) is the financier to care for the marijuana, while his wife helps buy the items needed for the marijuana plants,” he stressed.
It was further revealed that Danto was a marijuana recidivist who had been in and out of prison five times.Three similar cases occurred in Yogyakarta and once in Bali.
As a result of their actions, the couple was charged under Article 114 paragraph (2) Jo.article 132 paragraph (1) and/or article 111 paragraph (2) in conjunction with article 132 paragraph (1) of the Republic of Indonesia Law.No.35.
This case was revealed to have started with the arrest of Yulius in Cukir Village, Diwek District, Jombang, Sunday (14/12) afternoon.From the results of the examination, it was discovered that Yulius bought marijuana seeds which then led to the development of the case and the raid on a rented house in Mojongapit Village, Jombang District, on Monday (15/12) at around 11.30 WIB.
During the raid, the police arrested the suspect Rama Susanto (43), a resident of Surabaya.From inside his rented house, officers confiscated 156 pots containing marijuana plants, 32 grams of dry marijuana, 5.16 grams of wet marijuana, and 3 fermentation jars, as well as a number of equipment used for marijuana greenhouses.
