) summoned the Inspector General of the Ministry of Manpower Roni Dwi Susanto to be questioned as a witness in the alleged case
blackmail
and/or receipt of gratuities related to the processing of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) certificates today, Tuesday (16/12).
“The inspection was carried out at the KPK’s Red and White Building on behalf of RDS, Inspector General of the Ministry of Manpower,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo in a written statement, Tuesday (16/12).
Recently, the KPK named three new suspects from the Ministry of Manpower.They are in the names of Chairul Fadly Harahap, Haiyani Rumondang, and Sunardi Manampiar Sinaga.

The three people have not been detained but have been prevented from traveling abroad for 6 months.
Budi explained that one of the strong pieces of evidence found by investigators was the alleged flow of funds related to K3 management to the suspects.
“Among them (the flow of funds). So, from the development of the investigation carried out, both through requests for information from the suspects and other witnesses, investigators are tracing the flow of alleged acts of extortion in the K3 certification process which flow to a number of individuals in the Ministry of Manpower, including the flow of orders related to the alleged act of extortion, from anyone,” explained Budi, Thursday (11/12).
Previously, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) had already processed 11 people as suspects in cases of alleged extortion and/or gratification related to the K3 certification process.They will be tried in the near future.
The suspects in question are former Deputy Minister of Manpower Immanuel Ebenezer and Irvian Bobby Mahendro as Commitment Making Officer (PPK) at the Directorate General of Labor Inspection Development and Occupational Safety and Health (Ditjen Binwasnaker & K3).
Then the Coordinator for Work Safety Competency Testing and Evaluation for 2022-present Gerry Aditya Herwanto Putra, Sub Coordinator for Work Safety, Directorate of K3 Development for 2020-2025 Subhan, Director for Institutional Development for 2021-February 2025 Hery Sutanto, Sub Coordinator for Partnership and Occupational Health Personnel for 2020-2020 Anitasari Kusumawati, Director General of Binwasnaker & K3 in March2025-present Fahrurozi.
Then Sub-coordinator Sekarsari Kartika Putri, Coordinator Supriadi, PT Kem Indonesia Representative Temurila, and Miki Mahfud who are also parties from PT Kem Indonesia.
They are suspected of violating Article 12 letter e and/or Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
In the ongoing investigation process, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) has searched many places and confiscated a number of pieces of evidence suspected to be related to the case.These include documents, property and dozens of luxury vehicles.
