Corruption Eradication Commission
) searched the North Hulu Sungai District Prosecutor’s Office (HSU), the official residence of Kajari HSU Albertinus Parlinggoman Napitupulu, and the private residence of Kajari HSU in East Jakarta to look for evidence suspected to be related to the alleged extortion case being handled.
“From searches at these three points, investigators confiscated a number of documents and Electronic Evidence (BBE) which are suspected to be related to alleged criminal cases of extortion or budget cuts within the HSU District Prosecutor’s Office,” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (24/12).
During a search at Kajari HSU Albertinus’ official residence, investigators also confiscated a car which was registered as belonging to the Tolitoli Regency Government, Central Sulawesi.

“That during the series of searches, apart from confiscating several documents and electronic evidence, investigators also seized a four-wheeled vehicle at the Kajari HSU official residence which is registered as belonging to the Tolitoli Regional Government,” said Budi.
He could not convey the connection between the car, which was registered as belonging to the regional government, and the alleged extortion case that was being investigated
Budi only said that a number of pieces of evidence in question would be reviewed and analyzed further by investigators.
Apart from Kajari HSU Albertinus, the KPK also named the Head of the Intelligence Section of the HSU Prosecutor’s Office, Asis Budianto, and the Head of the Civil and State Administration (Datun) Section of the HSU Prosecutor’s Office, Tri Taruna Fariadi, as suspects in the alleged extortion case.
The suspects have been detained for the first 20 days.
The suspects are suspected of violating Article 12 letter e, Article 12 letter f of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph 1 to 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 of the Criminal Code.
After serving as Kajari HSU in August 2025, Albertinus allegedly received cash flows of at least IDR 804 million, directly or through intermediaries, namely Asis and Tri Taruna and other parties.
The receipt of the money came from Albertinus’ alleged extortion of a number of regional officials at HSU, including the Education Service, Health Service, Public Works Service (PU), and Regional General Hospital (RSUD).
“In the period November-December 2025, from this request, APN (Albertinus) allegedly received a cash flow of IDR 804 million which was divided into two intermediary clusters,” said Acting Deputy for Enforcement and Execution of the Corruption Eradication Commission Asep Guntur Rahayu in a press conference at his office, Jakarta, Saturday (20/18) morning.
This case was uncovered by the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) through Operation Arrest (OTT) on 17-18 December.
