) also confiscated hundreds of millions of rupiah when searching three places related to the alleged corruption case in the Procurement of Goods and Services (PBJ) and receiving gratuities within the Central Lampung Regency Government, Tuesday (16/12).
The three places in question are the regent’s office, the regent’s official residence, and the Central Lampung Highways Service.
“Apart from confiscating documents, there is also a certain amount of money that has been secured, it will be confiscated, we will check the exact amount later,” said KPK spokesman Budi Prasetyo at the Red and White Building, Jakarta, Wednesday (17/12).

“Initial information reaches hundreds of millions of rupiah, later we will check the exact figure again,” he added.
Budi said investigators would again carry out a series of searches in Central Lampung.Today, he said, investigators will look for evidence suspected of being related to the case at the local Health Service.
“One of them was searched today at the Health Service. This is related to a medical equipment procurement project which is suspected to be one of the methods used by the regent to ask for project fees from vendors or providers of goods and services,” said Budi.
Central Lampung Regent Ardito Wijaya is suspected of receiving fees worth IDR 5.25 billion from a number of partners or providers of goods and services through Central Lampung Regency DPRD members Riki Hendra Saputra and Ranu Hari Prasetyo as Ardito’s younger brother.This action occurred in the period February-November 2025.
Apart from that, Ardito also received a fee of IDR 500 million from Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri as Director of PT Elkaka Mandiri (EM) for conditioning the project auction for three packages of medical equipment procurement at the Central Lampung Health Service worth IDR 3.15 billion.
A total of five people have been named by the Corruption Eradication Commission as suspects in a case of alleged corruption related to PBJ and receiving gratuities within the Central Lampung Regency Government.
They are Ardito Wijaya, Riki Hendra Saputra, Ranu Hari Prasetyo, Acting Head of the Central Lampung Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) Anton Wibowo, and Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri.
Suspects Riki Hendra Saputra and Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri are being held at the KPK State Detention Center (Rutan) Red and White Building Branch.
Meanwhile, Ardito, Ranu Hari Prasetyo, and Anton Wibowo were detained at the KPK Detention Center Branch, Anti-Corruption Education Center Building.
Ardito, Anton, Riki Hendra, and Ranu Hari are suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or Article 12 letter b or Article 11 or Article 12 B of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor) in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, Mohamad Lukman Sjamsuri is suspected of violating Article 5 paragraph 1 letter a or letter b or Article 13 of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
Handling of this case began with Operation Arrest Hand (OTT) in the second week of December.
