“The team is currently conducting an in-depth investigation. It’s a new (case),” said KPK spokesperson Budi Prasetyo when confirmed via written message, Wednesday (12/11).

Based on the information obtained, the Corruption Eradication Commission found evidence and clues related to alleged corruption in the construction of the Reog Monument when handling cases of alleged bribery for office management, bribery for procurement projects, and receipt of gratifications that started from Operation Hand Catching (OTT).
Budi confirmed this information.
“From the incident of being caught red-handed in Ponorogo last week, the team also received information and clues about other suspected criminal acts of corruption. This is still being investigated,” he said.
“Incidents of being caught red-handed often provide an entry point for the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) to investigate and trace whether alleged corrupt criminal practices also occur in other sectors in the region,” he continued.
Therefore, continued Budi, information and reports from the public are very important to help the KPK in uncovering a case.
Meanwhile, in three clusters of cases of alleged bribery and receiving gratification, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) has named four suspects.
They are the Regent of Ponorogo for the 2021-2025 and 2025-2030 periods, Sugiri Sukoco, Regional Secretary of Ponorogo Regency from 2012 until now, namely Agus Pramono, Director of RSUD Dr.Harjono, namely Yunus Mahatma, and the private partner of the Ponorogo Regional Hospital in a work package in the Ponorogo Regency environment, Sucipto.
Due to his actions, Sucipto, in terms of a work package within the Ponorogo Regency Government, was suspected of committing a criminal act of corruption as regulated in Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b and/or Article 13 of the Corruption Eradication Law (UU Tipikor).
Meanwhile, Sugiri together with Yunus Mahatma are suspected of committing criminal acts of corruption as regulated in Article 12 letter a or b and/or Article 11 and/or Article 12B of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code.
Then Yunus was accused of violating Article 5 paragraph (1) letter a or b and/or article 13 of the Corruption Law in terms of managing his position.
Meanwhile, Sugiri together with Agus Pramono are suspected of violating Article 12 letter a or b and/or Article 11 and/or Article 12B of the Corruption Law in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1st of the Criminal Code.
The suspects have been detained for the first 20 days, starting from Saturday, November 8 2025 to November 27 2025 at the KPK Red and White Branch State Detention Center.
During the ongoing process, the Corruption Eradication Commission conducted searches in a number of places and confiscated several pieces of evidence suspected to be related to the case.
