denied allegations of fake diplomas previously reported by the Alliance of Citizens Observing the Constitution.
Arsul admitted to completing his doctoral graduation in 2022 at Warsaw Management University (WMU) in Warsaw, Poland.At the graduation, the Indonesian Ambassador in Warsaw at that time, Anita Lidya Luhulima, was present.

In a press conference, Arsul showed his original diploma as well as a diploma that had been legalized by the Indonesian Embassy in Poland.
He also showed it

Arsul explained that his diploma was copied by the Indonesian Embassy in Poland.Before returning to Indonesia, Arsul also legalized his diploma.
“Of course, after graduation, because I want to return to Indonesia in 2-3 days, I will get the diploma.

“by the Indonesian Embassy and then I legalized it. Please also see the original legalization from the Indonesian Embassy in Warsaw,” he said.
Furthermore, Arsul admitted to providing all the evidence documents that he underwent doctoral studies until his graduation to the Honorary Council of the Constitutional Court (MKMK).He also included all documentation of his PhD study process.
“I have also conveyed all these files to the Honorary Court of the Constitutional Court, MKMK, including several lecture notes or communications which I still have,” he said.
Arsul was previously reported by the Constitution Observer Community Alliance to the Police Criminal Investigation Unit regarding the legality of his doctoral program diploma.
“We from the Constitution Observer Community Alliance today visited the National Police Headquarters Criminal Investigation Unit in order to report one of the Constitutional Court judges with the initials AS who is suspected of having or using a fake diploma,” said the Coordinator of the Constitution Observer Community Alliance, Betran Sulani, to journalists at the National Police Criminal Investigation Unit, South Jakarta, Friday (14/11).
