(Central Kalimantan) 2026 is set at IDR 3,686,138 per month.This figure is an increase of 6.12 percent or IDR 212,516 compared to the 2025 UMP, which is IDR 3,473,621.
Quoting the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government website, the amount of the UMP was decided in Decree Number 188.44/477/2025 concerning Provincial Minimum Wages and Sectoral Minimum Wages for Central Kalimantan Province for 2026 which was signed on December 19 2025.
This increase is determined by taking into account regional economic conditions, the inflation rate, and workers’ needs for a decent living.

Apart from the UMP, the Central Kalimantan Provincial Government has also set the 2026 Provincial Sectoral Minimum Wage (UMSP) for certain sectors.For the mining sector, the UMSP is set at IDR 3,714,130 per month, an increase of IDR 214,130 or 6.12 percent from the previous year.
Meanwhile, the UMSP for the palm oil plantation sector is set at IDR 3,692,907 per month, an increase of IDR 212,906 or 6.12 percent compared to the 2025 UMP.
The determination of the UMP and UMSP was preceded by the Central Kalimantan Provincial Wage Council Session which was held on Thursday (18/12).The session took place in the meeting room of the Central Kalimantan Province Manpower and Transmigration Service and aimed to calculate and formulate a proposal for the 2026 minimum wage.
The Wage Council meeting was attended by the Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and all members of the Central Kalimantan Provincial Wage Council.Through a process of discussion, coordination and consolidation of calculations, the Wage Council provides suggestions and considerations to the Governor of Central Kalimantan in determining the 2026 UMP and UMSP.
The entire determination process refers to Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 49 of 2025 concerning the Second Amendment to Government Regulation Number 36 of 2021 concerning Wages.
