(MA) rejected the defendant’s appeal
Zarof Ricar
who is the former Head of the Kumdil MA Education and Training Research and Development Agency and is known as a case broker.
In this way, Zarof’s sentence of 18 years in prison has acquired permanent legal force or inkrah.

The Supreme Court upheld the decision of the DKI Jakarta High Court (PT) which sentenced Zarof to 18 years in prison and a fine of IDR 1 billion subsidiary to 6 months in prison.
The panel of judges at the appellate level at that time was led by Albertina Ho with members Budi Susilo and Agung Iswanto.
The money worth IDR 915 billion and 51 kilograms of gold found by the Attorney General’s Office at Zarof’s residence was confiscated for the state.This is because Zarof cannot explain the origin of his wealth, which he said was obtained from a legitimate source.
