the wrath is over
Thailand
completely attacked the province where the historic Angkor Wat temple is located, Siem Reap.
Cambodia’s Ministry of Defense said Thailand bombarded the Srei Snam district using fighter jets.

This location, if reached by vehicle, takes about two hours from the UNESCO historic site of Cambodia, Angkor Wat.
The president of the Cambodian Association of Travel Agents, Chhay Sivlin, said a number of tourists who had planned to visit the country had canceled their trips and some had postponed them.
“Some tourists who booked their trips are very worried,” said Sivlin.
This attack was also the first attack by the Thai military on Siem Reap Province.
“This is the furthest penetration the Thai military has ever made into Cambodian territory,” said Cambodian Minister of Information, Neth Pheaktra.
The bombing forced hundreds of displaced families to move to safer locations.
Since last week, these two Southeast Asian countries have been at war again.Thailand accused Cambodia of initiating the attack and they had to defend themselves by retaliating.
Meanwhile, Cambodia claims Thailand produces fake news to stir up tensions.
“The Thai Army Area 1 is actively spreading false news that is far from the facts, by publishing that Cambodia is moving heavy weapons along the Thai-Cambodian border,” said an official release from the Ministry of Defense.
Furthermore, the Cambodian Ministry of Defense declared such news to be fake. This country’s military, they said, has never moved any heavy weapons and respected the ceasefire agreement and peace agreement between the two countries.
As a result of this new war, 700,000 residents on the border of the two countries were displaced.A total of 9 Thai soldiers and three civilians were also killed, while in Cambodia 11 died.
